Do you want to look in the mirror and see your radiant skin?
You can achieve it with gentle care for your skin and relaxing me time.
1. Cleanse
This is an essential part of the skincare routine. During the day, dirt, pollution, makeup and dead skin cells build up and start to clog the skin. This build-up must be removed effectively, or the skin may develop problems. A good cleanser will gently wash the skin, preparing it for future treatments.
- Eye makeup should first be removed to prevent the makeup from being smeared around the face during the cleansing routine.
- Lip cleanse
- Cleanse the face and the neck.
A cleanser can be either used on damp cotton wool discs, sponge, cotton cloth or gently massaged into the skin with the fingertips. Use cleanser and gently upward circular movements so as not to drag the skin. Raise with water if needed.
Wash the face twice for a better cleansing effect.
Cleanse your face in the morning the same way to remove any excess product from the night and refresh the skin for the day ahead.
2. Scrub ones or twice a week
Exfoliate your face to remove dead skin cells, soften and refresh the skin. Do this once or twice a week only. Too much exfoliation will overstimulate and irritate your skin.
3. Tone
After using a cleanser. Then, saturating two cotton pads or using your hands use toner on your face, neck, and décolletage at night to complete the cleansing of the skin, removing the dust, pollution, and impurities that can still be left after washing with a cleanser, as cleansers usually contain ingredients such as oil, which can leave a film on your face.”
Use toner in the morning to remove sebum produced during the night and balance your skin’s pH. A tonning product can also be sprayed over the face in the form of a fine mist.
4. Apply a mask suitable for your skin type, once or twice a week, the best after exfoliation.
5. Serum
Supplies collagen-boosting ingredients and antioxidant botanicals. They penetrate more deeply than moisturisers.
6. Moisturise
The skin should be moisturised during the day and at night.
A moisturiser balances out the skin’s natural moisture contents by re-hydrating and protecting. Also, moisturising softens the skin and protects against natural moisture loss.
7. Eye cream
use your ring finger to tap a light eye cream around the eye area gently. Use the eye cream in the morning and in the evening every day to take care of your under-eye skin, which is thin and needs special care because it is thinner than the skin on the rest of your face.
